  • Joe Morgan, CEO, Standard Register, will lead a discussion and share his outside-in transformational approach to establishing a growth path in an industry in the midst of revolution.  Joe will also address how to gain buy-in and alignment when significant changes are required for success.

  • Tom Webster, GM US Operations, www.itradenetwork.com and former CEO of Intesource, will illustrate how his organization applied outside-in strategies to yield market dominating and profitable growth results.
  • Jeff Garrity, CFO, NCR, and Tom Baird, CEO, AppSmyth, discuss how marketing, development and innovation fuel growth. Each will provide a unique view based on their diverse backgrounds and leadership experiences. Jeff will focus on gaining a seat at the table for you and your programs, while Tom will share ways to assess, measure and drive organic and inorganic growth.

  • Syed Hasan, Americas President, Springer and Laura Ramos, VP, Xerox will share how they capitalized on changing markets when disruptive technologies threatened to disrupt their business models. Syed will discuss major changes his company has made regarding sales channels, new products and business models and what gave them the confidence to pull the trigger. Laura will share how Xerox decided to expand from innovation in document technology to excellence in outsourced business services. Through the acquisition of Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), use of market analytics, customer engagement, and a bold new advertising campaign, Xerox Services is undertaking its most dramatic market transformation to date.  

  • Jerry Mills, CEO and founder of B2BCFO will share best practices for assessing customer program needs, gaining mind share and sustaining programs during times of rapid growth.  B2B CFO is on the Inc 500/5000 list and one of the fastest growing companies in Arizona.

  • Greg Jorgensen, CMO, VeriSign will be a panelist bringing growth and transformation together. As part of an organization that has reset itself twice in the past 12 months, Greg understands both concepts intimately. He’ll share his insights with Summit participants as well as fielding questions on key trends impacting marketing, development and sales.

  • Jeff Tinker, SVP, Wells Fargo will share how his team gained buy-in for new approaches and development in the wholesale banking market—an area that prior to his team’s leadership was not very innovative.
